Notes for the Weekend:

7A Rules – Please be respectful of other guests and animals on property. Quite time is 10 PM to 8 AM. NO Glass at the river. MUST wear wristband at all times.

LODGING:

All lodging will be provided for the weekend. All rooms are Two Queen Hotel style with bathroom ensuite, or you will be in a cabin. Singles will have their own bed but may share a room or cabin.

 

Please bring your own BATH towel and towel for the river (the resort is in the country and on septic, they do not provide any towels). Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. Each room/cabin/lodge has a full kitchen. There is an HEB less than 10 minutes away if you forget anything you need.

FOOD and BEVERAGES:

All meals will be catered, and adult beverages will be provided for the weekend. Open Bar service Friday 5 to 10 PM and Saturday 2 to 8 PM, self-service bar in Moonlight Lodge before and after each day. Please drink responsibly!

PLEASE let me know of any food allergies in your party so I may make the chefs aware.

 

ATTIRE:

Friday night dinner will be semi formal, no jacket needed. Everything else will be casual Texas river fun. Bring your swimsuit!

AFTER PARTY:

The “late night” party after 10 PM each night will be at the Moonlight Lodge. PLEASE keep all music and loud voices inside after that time. You can pretty much yell and dance the night away as long as it is inside the lodge. No music on the back porch after 10 PM. PERIOD!!!

WHAT TO BRING:

Swimsuit, one nice outfit, toiletries, river/reef friendly sunscreen, bath towel, river towel, and small flashlight for walking at night.

CHILDREN:

Though our kid and nephews you will be there, we would like to ask that you utilize childcare for the weekend, if possible. We love all of your kids as well, but we want the parents to be able to have fun worry free.

Please RSVP with the # in your party and exact day you will arrive and depart so we may plan for meals and lodging accordingly. Planning an event of this size is a difficult task so please do your very best to stick to your RSVP. Thank you!
